My Process

My process begins with extensive research of stakeholder needs to understand both what to design and why it should be created. In my work, ethnography, market research, competitive analysis, stakeholder mapping,  personas, user experience mapping, wire framing, rapid prototyping, and storytelling are essential tools for creating and testing new concepts.
