The Problem

Representative Mirror

Representative Mirror

Natural daylight is known to be the best light source to use while applying cosmetics.  The natural light range offers an excellent color rendering index (CRI) for ensuring cosmetics blend correctly.  Lighted makeup mirrors attempt to provide users with comparable light, but in most cases fall short due to poor light quality/brightness, ergonomics, and overall user experience. Critical design considerations include:

  • Brightness
  • Color Temperature
  • Color Rendering Index (CRI)
  • Ergonomics
  • Aesthetics

The switch is located on the cord and is very tight, so if you get out of the shower and your hands are moist, it’s hard to turn on

This mirror is very disappointing. It has a very limited tilt range so you to bring your head down so you see yourself.
